The intellectual property system aims at protecting the results of the human brain work and creativeness. The intellectual property system of protection of these results includes two basic categories:
- ARTISTIC PROPERTY – includes the results of human creativeness, which satisfy the aesthetic and cultural human needs.
- INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY – industrial property includes all result of human intellectual work, which are industrially applicable.
The forms of protection of these intellectual products can be grouped as follows:
- establishing of a juridical monopoly – using the special intellectual property legislation;
- establishing of an actual monopoly – by keeping the information about the intellectual product confidential.
